The development of the halls
Along side the Villa, situated in Brianza, the various halls of the Conference Centre are located, forming a completely independent structure. Once again, the theme of music is the common denominator. The collection of musical instruments is present in the two music rooms that are generally used for study.
The hall of the equestrian painting
The architectural structure of the hall creates an unusual interior for the instruments and, as a backdrop, it has a painting that depicts an imaginary equestrian hunting scene.
The music rooms
These look onto the garden and contain the collection of musical instruments, that continues in the conference centre with the Viennese fortepianos and the modern pianofortes. Villa Medici is characteristic for the unity of atmosphere that links the private rooms of the villa with the interiors used for study and work.
