Itinerario da Villa Medici Giulini a Monza: Il Golf Club Milano
The Milan Golf Club is one of the most famous Italian Golf courses because all his ground develops in the parc of the Villa Reale in Monza, in the same parc where the automobilistic manifestation relative to the Gran Prix of Formula Uno takes place. It counts 27 holes plunged in a landscape of secolar trees and splendid green. The exceptionality of the groung is due to the historic situation which makes this golf club an authentic and gorgeous garden. From the thecnical point of view it is one of the “longer” ground in Italy. The calendar of the Monza contests contains some of the most prestigious Italian trophies. The images document the start from the hole number one, and some fairways, also the one which appears at the first club seat which was the “Fagianaia Reale”. Now it is the Sain Georges Premier, which is considered one of the best restaurants in this area. The Milan Golf Club is wonderful in every season: when the woods coloured themselves with the autumn tones, they create an extraordinary landscape. The Club House has a restaurant, which appears at the starting hole, and a marvellous pool.
