About one hour far from Villa Medici we can have a particular itinerary where the pleasure of the visit of some gardens is joined to the relish of the shopping.

- We reach Stresa, driving along the shore of the Lake Maggiore. With a boat we arrive at the Isola Bella, world-known for the wonder of its Italianate garden and for its rich interiors. Near the Isola Bella we can see also the Isola Madre and the Isola dei Pescatori.
- We visit after Villa Pallavicino in Stresa, with the great park. The animals, which live free in the large spaces of the park, are its particularity.
- Lunch at the Ristorante del Pescatore in Stresa, in the old town.
- We go further to the Show-room of Liolà in Borgomanero, where it is possible to do shopping. Liolà is a fashion group which distributes its product in 200 franchising shops all over the world. Borgomanero is the seat of the head factory. The show-room a place that consents to choose on a large range of products.
- On the way-back you reach Oleggio Castello where you visit the castle and the garden owned by Marquis Cassiano dal Pozzo d’Annone, who usually lives in this old house. The owners will offer a tea after showing the house and the garden.
