Andrea Oliva and Anna Loro are holding on the same days a masterclass during which the two artists will teach separately on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th October, while on Sunday 6th October they will hold together, for whom are interested in, chamber music lessons.
\nThe day of chamber music will be for flute-harp duos. For those who have no team jet, they could find out one during the masterclass. Flute and harp duo already constituted will also be accepted.\u00a0 The masterclass will end with the final concert at 5.30 pm in the Teatrino of Villa Medici Giulini and includes both soloists and duo, at which each participant may invite two friends\/relatives.<\/p>\n

ANNA LORO<\/h2>\n

Anna Loro was born in Desenzano del Garda and studied in Conservatorio in Verona with Maestro Mirella Vita. Thereafter she attended Accademia Internazionale in Gargilesse under Maestro Pierre Jamet. Anna Loro won many national and international prestigious competition and made her debut in Sala Verdi Conservatorio in Milan performing Dances by C. Debussy with Ensemble Carme conducted by Maestro J. P. Rampal. Since then she performed as soloist and ensemble in renowned European musical association: Festival in Salzsburg, Societ\u00e0 del Quartetto di Milano, Festival in Gargilesse (1996-2007), Asolo Musica, Murikverein in Vienna,Purcell Room in London. She also performed in the Symphonic season with Orchestra in Malaga, Dresda, Tokyo, Nagoya, Istanbul, Salonicco, Amsterdam, Berlino, Bonn, Norimberga, Stoccarda, Ginevra, Lucerna, Zurigo, Bilbao, Buenos Aires, Strasburgo, Atene, Linz, Monaco di Baviera, New York, Rio de Janeiro, San Paulo.
\nAlongside her soloist career, since 1976 Anna is regularly performing with some of the most prestigious orchestras in Italy and abroad: Arena in Verona, Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano, Hessischer Rundfunk in Frankfurt, NDR in Hamburg, Bayerischer Rundfunk in Monaco di Baviera, Orchestra del Teatro S. Carlos in Lisbona, Orchestra Sinfonica Nazione della Rai in Torino, Orchestra del Teatro Regio in Parma, i Solisti Veneti, Orchestra da Camera di Mantova and Orchestra Haydn in Trento. She played under eminent conductor as Claudio Abbado, Lorin Maazel, Raphael Frubeck de Burgos, Georges Pretre, Myun-Whun Chung, Luciano Berio, Umberto Benedetti Michelangeli, Salvatore Accardo, Alain Lombard, Neville Marriner, M. Joansons. Since 1989 she performed W.A.Mozart Concerto for flute and harp K299 with M. Larrieu, E. Pahud, W. Schultz, P. Gallois, G. Pretto, A. Oliva, S. Careddu, F. Dainese, M. Ancillotti, S. Gazzelloni, M. Conti, R. Fabbriciani, L. Loro, M. Zoni, M. Scappini, M. Mercelli. In 2015 she performed this concerto with Davide Formisano and Orchestra Virtuosi del Teatro alla Scala and with Orchestra Sinfonica Santa F\u00e9 in Argentina. The Concerto for flute and harp has been recorded with flutist Bruno Grossi and Maestro Alain Lombard with the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, With many members from Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana Anna Loro recorded Quintetto Strumentale by Hector Villa-Lobos and Sonata a cinque by Gian Francesco Malipiero. For Radio France she recorded the recital performed in Gargilesse during the Festival for Maestro Pierre Jamet. Besides the pedal harp, Anna Loro performe on antique harps from Naderman, Erard and Cousineau that belongs to Signora Fernanda Giulini, having concerts in Villas like Villa Borghese e Museo Vittoriano in Roma, Museo Poldi Pezzoli, Societ\u00e0 del Giardino and Palazzo Marino in Milano, Palazzo Mansi in Lucca, Palazzo Ducale in Urbino, Museo Capodimonte in Napoli, Castello Saffarone in Torino. She played with Mara Galassi and may other famous harpists. Anna is harp professor in Conservatorio Luca Marenzio in Brescia and she had many masterclasses in Italy and abroad like Guildhall School and Trinity Collage of School in London, Royal College in Manchester, Conservatorio in Strasburgo, Accademia “Principe Ranieri III\u201d in Principato di Monaco, University in S. Juan, University in Buenos Aires in Argentina and holds the chair of harp at the \u201cLuca Marenzio\u201d Conservatory in Brescia. She has been invited to the jury in National and International Competitions: Lily Laskin Competition in Paris and in the Soha competition (Japan).<\/p>\n

Every summer she organize a masterclass in Castello di Padernello near Brescia.<\/p>\n

In 2017 Anna Loro and Andrea Oliva recorder for Da Vinci a cd \u201cUn reve long dex sierles\u201d where they performed music from the French Impressionism. In the same year she recorded with Gianpaolo Pretto a cd with music by C. Debussy.<\/p>\n

In 2021 she performed live Mozart Concerto for flute and harp with Orchestra Haydn In Trento with Francesco Dainese conducted by Yves Abel.<\/p>\n

Maestro Pierre Jamet wrote about her: \u201c\u2026a great artist able to deeply touch the audience thanks to the fascination that comes from her sound and her musical interpretation\u2026 a rare powerful touch joined with a secure technique\u2026 one of the greatest proponent of the Italian harpists\u201d.<\/p>\n

For years ANNA LORO has held her recitals playing an “APOLLO” model concert harp produced by the historic company<\/strong><\/p>\n
